Each commission includes 2 free revisions. Additional revisions can be purchased as an add-on, valid for one revision each.Deadlines and Delivery
Estimated delivery is within 1-3 weeks, depending on current workload. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.Use
All commissions come with a standard license for use on Twitch, YouTube, and other streaming platforms, regardless of monetisation status. Original songs must include “Produced by BadDayan” and “Written by BadDayan” (if applicable), with a mandatory producer tag and a link to my Vgen profile. For BGM, the producer tag must remain intact, and cover song or mixing credits must be listed as “Arranged/Mixed by BadDayan” with a link to my Vgen profile. Redistribution, reselling, or claiming the work as the client’s own creation is prohibited without a formal ownership transfer.Intellectual property & Rights
For all commissioned work, please credit me as the creator. If you have purchased a Commercial Use License or Exclusive Rights, credit is appreciated but not mandatory.Refunds

I reserve the right to stream some or all of the creative process (work-in-progress) and stream the final works created live on Twitch with marketing on my social media platforms (all accounts under the BadDayan name). If you prefer your project to remain private, please inform me when ordering. By commissioning me, you agree to the terms stated here (me being able to stream and advertise works-in-progress and final works).Communication
